    One to one sessions with Julia online or in person £60 or £200 for four sessions.

    Julia offers a limited number of hourly mentoring sessions for yoga teachers or teacher trainees either online via zoom or in person. Julia can guide and support you through teacher training, advise you on setting up as a teacher and help with issues you might encounter.

    Julia can also prescribe a personal practice for you to support your personal journey and also give advice and support on personal or emotional issues. Get in touch directly with Julia to arrange a session.

    We begin with a guided meditation to draw our focus inward while the gentle sounds of crystal and copper bowls, shamanic instruments and singing encourage deep relaxation and self-connection.

    These soothing frequencies drop us deep into the body, allowing us to digest our emotions and rebalance the nervous system. This restorative experience often leaves us feeling lighter, peaceful and more heart-aligned - the perfect start to your week.

    Kirsten is a certified Sound Healer sharing the ancient ritual of sound alchemy, weaving in Shamanic and Eastern influence into her practice. After witnessing the profound effects sound healing had on her mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing she was drawn to share this beautiful gift with others.

    In today's busy world, children need a space to unwind and find their inner calm. That's why we're thrilled to announce our new Kids Yoga Classes! Designed for ages 4-6, these classes are the perfect opportunity for your little ones to de-stress, boost their confidence, and have fun while learning valuable life skills.

    Our experienced teacher Sarah will be leading these courses for different age groups. She has over 840 hours of yoga training, including specialised instruction in teaching yoga to children. She has also been enhanced DBS checked and pediatric first aid trained.

  • Explore Your Breath with Juan

    Wednesday 10 April & 24 April, 1 May and 15 May 7-8pm £20 per session

    Course of four classes:

    A breathing course designed to explore a wide aspect of the breathwork spectrum from purely functional breathwork to deep dive meditative state. Each class will explore how breathwork can be used to influence our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing as well as its use for self healing and mindfulness. From simple activating and relaxation techniques to Pranayama, Oxygen Advantage, Wim Hof Method, DMT breathing etc.as well as simple takeaway techniques to use in your ‘breath toolbox’, be it if you suffer from stress, anxiety or just need to take time out to reset yourself. These classes offer the chance to get together with like minded people to enjoy and participate under the safe guidance of Juan Hayward at Otra Breath. 

    The course is split under 4 mindsets for exploring your breath… Knowing, Owning, Empowering and Journeying.
