My classes are a grounding and nurturing mixture of gentle vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation designed to reconnect mind, body and breath.  

I invite you to listen to what your body needs in movement and stillness - both on and off the mat and to remove comparison and ego, becoming fully present and mindful of your own journey; to recognise your own self-worth and step into your own power.

To me, Yoga is about finding what feels right in YOUR body.

I would love to guide you to discover or re-discover your love of yoga as my teachers have done for me.

Your experience of yoga, pranayama and meditation will help you to find your own path and create your own journey, understanding what your body needs rather than worrying about how a posture looks on Instagram and in books. 

I am Particularly inspired by the subtle energies found in the body, the history and philosophies of yoga, pranayama and meditation as well as the rhythms and cycles that surround us in nature. You will find these themes woven into each class.
